60-day refund period

You may request a refund within 60 days of purchase by emailing support@thebabyloncode.com.

How to request a refund

Use the subject “Refund request — The Chant of the Four” and include the email used for your purchase, the purchase date and your order reference if available, so your purchase can be located. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Support will provide the next steps for your order. Processing and credit timing depend on the seller, payment provider and financial institution handling the transaction.

Digital product and checkout terms

This is a digital product. No physical return or shipment is required. Purchasing is not currently available on this website. For orders placed through a checkout provider, also consult the seller information and terms on your order confirmation.

Any longer refund period provided by the checkout terms or applicable law remains available. This policy does not restrict statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
